Experimenting with Hi-iso setting on the Canon 30D

I was not satisfied with the outcome of photos from my last wedding shoot.  The lighting was really poor in the church and I was afraid to bump the ISO too high, for fear that I would get nothing but grain in the photos.  I then decided to trust the quality of my equipment (Canon 30D and 5D) and the software I use to process the photos.  Here is an example of what I have gotten so far with my 30D set at iso 1250 …. any higher and the grain is just too unacceptable.
